Detailed Description

A borrowed span of runtime events in one delivery.

Step through events by event_size. The event and message pointers remain valid during the callback, or until the delivery batch is released in queue mode.

Stride of one event in bytes, at least sizeof(mln_runtime_event) in the header a caller compiled against. Index events with this value.
