Detailed Description

HTTP header transform state: a callback, or native header rules.

The struct itself is borrowed for the registering call, which copies every rule, header, and string before it returns. With a null callback, the first rule that matches a request supplies all its headers. A transform requires a callback or at least one rule; clear it through mln_runtime_clear_http_header_transform(). A rules transform carries no user_data or release_user_data.

Optional. Releases user_data exactly once for each accepted registration, after replacement, clear, or runtime teardown has retired the registration and every in-flight callback has returned.
