Detailed Description

Runtime and map event delivery. Set either callback or queue.

Callback mode borrows the events for the call and releases user_data after replacement, clear, or runtime teardown. Queue mode copies events into MLN_DELIVERY_TYPE_RUNTIME_EVENTS deliveries carrying user_data, followed by MLN_DELIVERY_TYPE_RETIRED when the registration retires. Queue mode requires release_user_data to be null.
