Parameters

request ResourceRequestInfo

Serves a network request in place of the library.

handle ResourceRequestHandle

Serves a network request in place of the library.

Remarks

Answer with ResourceRequestHandle.Complete(), or hand the request back to the library with ResourceRequestHandle.PassThrough(). Either can come now or later, from any thread. A request released without an answer fails.
