Creates a MaplibreNativeFfiRuntimeOptions whose members are zero or empty.

MaplibreNativeFfi.RuntimeOptions:asset-path
The directory that asset:// URLs load from. Empty uses the working
directory, or the app’s assets on Android.
MaplibreNativeFfi.RuntimeOptions:cache-path
The path of the cache database file, which holds the ambient cache and offline regions. Its directory must be writable. Empty keeps the cache in memory.
