Adds an image to the map’s style, or replaces the image named image_id.

See mln_map_set_style_image in the C API reference.

It fails with these errors:

  • MAPLIBRE_NATIVE_FFI_ERROR_INVALID_STATE while the style isn’t loaded, as maplibre_native_ffi_map_set_style_url_async() describes.

Without callback, nothing reports whether the call succeeds.

This method completes asynchronously. Use maplibre_native_ffi_map_set_style_image_finish() inside the GAsyncReadyCallback to obtain the result of the operation.

image_id

The UTF-8 text.
