Description [src]
Serves a network request in place of the library.
Answer with maplibre_native_ffi_resource_request_complete(), or hand the
request back to the library with
maplibre_native_ffi_resource_request_pass_through(). Either can come now or
later, from any thread. A request released without an answer fails.
