Description [src]
Rewrites the URL of a network request before the library sends it.
The request waits until you answer with
maplibre_native_ffi_resource_transform_request_complete() or
maplibre_native_ffi_resource_transform_request_fail(). To keep url,
complete with it. Releasing request without an answer fails the request.
You can answer now or later, from any thread.
