Description [src]
Selects the events that the runtime reports about the download of the offline region region_id.
events holds bits of
MAPLIBRE_NATIVE_FFI_RUNTIME_EVENT_FLAG_ALL_RUNTIME_EVENTS and replaces the
region’s previous selection. MAPLIBRE_NATIVE_FFI_RUNTIME_EVENT_FLAG_NONE
stops the region’s events.

It fails with these errors:
MAPLIBRE_NATIVE_FFI_ERROR_NOT_FOUNDwhen the cache file has no regionregion_id.
This method completes asynchronously. Use maplibre_native_ffi_runtime_set_offline_region_observed_finish() inside the GAsyncReadyCallback to obtain the result of the operation.
